Modal Embed Code Requirements
Formulayt gates should only be embedded using our own modal embed code. Using an inline gate with third party modal code can have unintended consequences and will interfere with tracking.
Multiple Gates on One Page
It's fine to have a modal gate multiple times on the same page, but these should all use the Formulayt modal code.
