Engageware provide a user-friendly, intuitive scheduler, so customers and prospects can book meetings with your staff at the time and location that suits them. This article will show you how to active, configure and use the Engageware meeting scheduler with your gates.

To get started, create three hidden fields to store the following values:

  • locationId
  • workflowId
  • appointmentTypeGroupId
  • appointmentTypeId

This will allow you to use rules or gate editor fields to make these configurable on a form type and/or gate basis.

Engageware will provide you with a URL which looks like this:

https://ui-stage.timetradesystems.com/app/company/workflows/wf000/schedule?&locationId=company_virtual&appointmentTypeGroupId=program&appointmentTypeId=intro_meeting&attendee_email=example@engageware.com&attendee_person_firstName=Testy&attendee_person_lastName=Test&attendee_mobile_phoneNumber=91-355-2333

You can use this to add the values to the hidden fields; locationId, workflowId, appointmentTypeGroupId, appointmentTypeId.

Then navigate to the Apps Area in GatedContent.com and activate the Engageware integration.

Then input the following data into the fields:

  1. Determine which Engageware environment will be used for loading the scheduler i.e. staging or production
  2. Licensee External ID obtained from your Engageware representative or using the URL.
  3. Workflow ID field - this will be the GatedContent field you created earlier.
  4. locationId field - this will be the GatedContent field you created earlier.
  5. appointmentTypeGroupId field - this will be the GatedContent field you created earlier.
  6. appointmentTypeId field - this will be the GatedContent field you created earlier

Now we need to map the GatedContent and Engageware fields so the contact information can be passed into the scheduler. To do this simply add a row and select the fields from the dropdown you wish to map.

Once this set up is complete you will see 'Engageware Meeting Scheduler' as a gate type option when creating gates.

Important notes:

  • Everything contained with the iframe (calendar, time selector, styling) is controlled by Engageware. If you wish to make changes here please contact your Engageware representative.
  • All mapped fields (including locationId etc.) must be on the gate form to be mapped correctly e.g. if the gate only has email and the Engageware scheduler has first name, last name and email, only the email value will be mapped across.
