Qualified lets you trigger targeted “experiences” (e.g., a meeting scheduler) and pre-populate them with data your visitors already entered on a Formulayt gate. This article details how to activate, configure, and use the Qualified integration.

Important: Your Qualified account can require certain fields before an experience will launch. Your field mappings must satisfy those minimum requirements (for example, an email address, and—if configured—first name/last name, etc.). If those required fields aren’t provided, the experience may not start.

What you’ll need

        Access to your Qualified account

JS Install Token (from the Qualified install snippet)

At least one Experience ID (it usually starts with experience-…)

Access to your Formulayt workspace (Apps & Gate editor)

Step 1 — Activate the Qualified app

    1.    Go to Apps → Qualified.

    2.    Click Activate.

You’ll now see a Basic settings tab with a few fields to complete.

Step 2 — Fill in the Basic settings

Field

What to enter

Qualified JS install token

Paste the token from the Qualified install code.

Default Qualified experience ID

Paste the ID of the experience you want to run by default (experience-…).

Field mapping

Map Formulayt form fields to the Qualified field names you use in your account.

Notes:

  • Email, First name, Last name, Country are automatically mapped if those fields exist on your gate.

  • For any additional fields (e.g., company, job_title, phone, UTM fields), add a row in Field mapping and choose the Formulayt field (left) and the exact Qualified field name (right).

Step 3 — (Optional) Override the experience for a specific gate

When building a gate, you can point to a different experience ID:

  • In the Gate editor, set Override experience ID (only shown when the gate type is Qualified).

If you don’t set an override, the Default Qualified experience ID from the app settings is used.

Step 4 — Use the gate

When creating a new gate, choose Qualified as the gate type (look for the calendar icon.

On submit, Formulayt:

    1.    Sends the mapped values to Qualified (so the visitor’s details are pre-filled) using the saveFormData and emitFormFill Qualified methods.

    2.    Starts the configured experience (default or overridden) using showFormExperience.

Testing checklist

  1. Token: App settings → token entered correctly.
  2. Experience ID: Default is set, or you’ve added a valid override on the gate.
  3. Fields present: Any required fields (per your Qualified account) are on the gate or mapped.
  4. End-to-end:
    1. Submit the gate form on a test page.
    2. The Qualified experience should launch.
    3. The fields you mapped should be pre-filled.
    4. Book a test meeting and confirm any analytics/notifications you expect.

If the experience doesn’t launch, double-check field requirements in Qualified.

Important notes & limitations

  • Styling & UI: Everything inside the Qualified widget (calendar, copy, branding) is controlled by Qualified. Changes must be made in the Qualified admin.
  • One script instance: Formulayt only injects the Qualified script if it’s not already on the page—so it plays nicely with your site’s existing Qualified deployment.
  • Per-market experiences: If you run different experiences by region or form type, use the Override experience ID per gate.

Troubleshooting

“Nothing happens after submit.”

Usually missing required fields for the targeted experience. Check your Qualified account to see which fields are mandatory and ensure your mapping supplies them.

“My fields aren’t pre-filled.”

Verify the Qualified field names match exactly. Make sure those Formulayt fields are present on the gate form (or otherwise populated).

“The wrong experience appears.”

Check if an override is set on the gate. If not, confirm the default experience ID. If your site already runs Qualified globally, ensure you’re using the right token and there’s no page-level logic forcing a different experience.
