Your administrator can create new users using your email address. When your user account is created you will be sent an email to activate your account, this is the same process resetting your password as outlined below. Remember to check your spam folders if you don't see the email in your primary inbox. The email link is valid for three hours.
To log into the platform goto https://admin.gatedcontent.com/login
It is also possible to log in using SSO such as Okta/SAML.
You can reset your password by logging in and clicking your name in the right hand corner of the window. 
Tokens are only valid for two hours after being issued, but you can request another one using the password reset form.
